My grandfather just called asking me to help him get a part for his 97 Lincoln Continental (not his exact car shown).. all he told me, and I quote was "the hose from the compressor." Any ideas as to what he is talking about? Thanks!

Probably a hose for the A/C compressor, OR for the air compressor for the air suspension. Call grandfather back and ask him to specify.

NOT ENOUGH DATA TO PERFORM QUERY
PLEASE TRY AGAIN
A/C compressor? Don't know if high side or low side though

Great thinking on the air suspension... I forgot about older Lincolns having that.. he said that the car back is really low and bouncy so my best guess is that would be the piece.. found it for $130 online...

THATS WHY I CAME TO YOU haha... he isn't very good about the small details! He said that his car is sitting low and bouncy so I think it may be the air suspension

Yup air suspension then
Can't find the individual hose from a cursory search. You may have to do some digging to find the part(s), also I'd recommend looking at it to ensure that a hose is the problem and not the compressor or air shocks themselves. Those systems are poor performers

2 hoses on an AC compressor. Ask him if he knows which one it is.

That's probably it then.

Yea, I would go with that though.
